Barbera rosato here. New wine from ace producer Pradorolo. Usually this becomes a sparkling wine, but no, now a separate wine from the same fruit.
Rich, red berry scents but pale, orange-garnet colour in glass. Dichotomy. Flavours are full too, almost creamy, generous red cherry fruit characters, generosity of sweetness and ripeness, softness and given zest from blood orange notes and acidity like the same fruit. Nice finish. Gentle, fuller figured, finishes dry. Ripper drinking. - The Wine Front
