100% chardonnay from the Piccadilly vineyard in Piccadilly, Adelaide Hills. Wild fermented on skins for around four weeks. Good orange colour, lively. Crackles in the palate with freshness, mandarin juice, washy in a way but has nice, fine tannin profile settling around the juiciness of fruit. Pure feeling even with the exotic, savoury, herbal, sour-sweet notes. - The Wine Front
