Mostly sauvignon blanc off Magpie Springs vineyard with a splash of pedro ximinez from down in Vine Vale, Barossa. Fermented on skins for four months, whole bunch; sinks into its own self.
Hazy orange in colour, come hither. The scents of dried orange, dried apple and pear, dried flowers, then the palate dry with chalky tannin and yet a starburst of tangy, tumbling citrus and wild herbs. Complex, detailed, intriguing and wildly drinkable stuff, with so much going on. A fun park. - The Wine Front
