40% chardonnay, 30% pinot grigio and 40% sauvignon. High acidity, with grippy tannin, this savoury number is incredible with the heat of szechuan. Meanwhile, this interpretation of the Oslavian landscape is memorable, so tense with tannin, deeply coloured, impossible depth to perfume with a cornucopia of spice, mandarin, dried fruit and orange-y fruitiness on show. Flavours are similar, all making a big, impressive and so darn delicious impact. Amazing wines.
