Made from a blend of 80% Chardonnay, 20% Tocai, the Slatnik spends 12 days on skins. From one of the GOATS of natural wine, and a family that is as generous as they are talented. A superb expression here, if not one of their most complex, probably the most fun. A landmark orange wine that must be slurped in good company.
