Due to popular demand and based on the raging success of their past masterclasses, we are pleased as punch to have dear friends, the Jedi masters and wizards of fermented Japanese rice drinks, Black Market Sake, returning for another session! This time we're joined by journeyman wine/sake/drinks legend and Black Market Sake good-guy Tim Watkin, an expert in the field and repeat visitor to Japan and the multitude of provinces and artisan producers that fall under the banner of Black Market Sake's amazing producers.
If you're unfamiliar, Black Market Sake was founded in 2010 by Matt Young and Linda Wiss, after 20 years of extensive travel 'round the Land of the Rising Sun, aiming to introduce the best of artisanal sake to barren Australian shores. You'll now find Black Market sakes on a revered roll call of the country's finest drinking dens and restaurants.

Through the lens of many glasses you'll explore the basics of sake appreciation and sake production, alongside looking at some of the most interesting sake styles, high end producers and young and aged brews.
