Sette Questo e il Vino Bianco 1L 2023

Indisputably this is one of the most dynamic and exciting addresses in Monferrato and Piedmont at large today! 

A one litre (yes thanks!) bottling. Moscato bianco from very old vines (85 or so years), arneis and chardonnay go in too. From hardcore polyculture farming, animals and fruit trees and the like, and certified organic/biodynamic.

A little amber hue to the wine, just. It’s crisp and tingly with minerality, a little squeakiness to texture, savoury, hazelnut notes through green apple, Japanese pickled ginger, preserved lemon, some cumquat notes. This is such a ripper drink. - The Wine Front
