Shannon Martinez has a brand new book, Vegan Italian Food, and we’re helping celebrate this with Shannon coming to P&V Paddington to do a book launch event on Wednesday 06NOV!

We love Shannon, we love Smith + Daughters in Melbourne, we love her vegan food. This new book is all Italian classics with Shannon’s plant-based overlay – it’s awesome, easy to use, full of delicious things and generally a brilliant new staple for your cook book collection.

The book is out this month, and to celebrate, Shannon is coming to do a Q&A with our very own Mike Bennie and she will sling a snack or two and generally be around to chat about what Vegan Italian Food means to her (It’s a fave for her home cooking, by the way).

The event we are hosting is ticketed and includes a signed copy of her book (RRP $50). We’re offering up a free drink on arrival to bolster the good times. The event runs 6pm to 8.30pm, we’ll have a special all vegan wine list (well, all our wine technically is anyway!) and we’re super excited to have Shannon at P&V Paddington.
