Si Vintners Lello 2024

A skin contact sauvignon blanc. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, this little number has some sediment in the bottom of the bottle which is fun. Spicy scents, touch of appley ciderous stuff, but floral, grassy and lemon-on-passionfruit scents. Touch of herbal greenery as you approach but then hits with peppery lemony tang and drives chalky and piercing across the palate. So alive and fresh. Delicious drinking, but prepare for the herbal hit too. Yum.
