Simone Tremblay Chablis 2022

Tremblay is known for classy, classic Chablis with a good deal of minerally freshness married to judicious savoury elements - and this fits the bill and then some. Crisp green apple, green pear, saline minerality, a touch of flint and quartz-like character, if you get the drift, with refreshing acidity to close. A little extra interest from green almond and cashew nut going on here too. Lots on is the message.
