James and Gail Kendell began their cider making journey purely because of the lack of good cider being produced in Australia at that time. They are passionate about growing and making cider only from true heritage cider apple varieties. This example of their products is their traditionally produced bottle fermented cider. It is intensely dry, with a complex biscuity mouthfeel. Definitely one of the best examples of cider in Australia and is shockingly good value!
