An 80/20% blend of endemic varieties rkatsiteli and mtsvane, organically farmed and matured on skins and stems for a total of six months in kvevri. Plays more like a rich white, deep straw in colour and rather brilliant this one. Ripe stone fruits, yellow citrus and toffee notes and a pretty, floral perfume. So drinkable, just dances across the palate. A delight.
