A farm focussed pet nat, where the estate is tended lovingly and organically, and these grapes are intentionally grown for this wine. The result - whoa! Huge energy here. So bright in acidity, so frisky overall. So energetic! A very tight profile to very vigorous bubbles is the mainstay. Then with the preserved lemon, red apple, and just ripe peach notes. Gentle nuttiness follows through. A fancy feeling sparkling wine from any angle, and such high drinkability.
