Tremayne Smith studied as a chef but quickly moved into wine. He trained across the world, gathering knowledge and experience before starting his own natural wine label, The Blacksmith in 2014. Tremayne takes a light touch in the winery, with gentle pressing and neutral fermentation vessels.
