What hasn't Tim Ward done in his life? And where will he make wine next? These are the two questions that everyone keeps asking at the moment. A man from Brisbane, who has had careers in rock singing, as well as a career with the United Nations. After many vintages all over the world he eventually settled in the Yarra Valley and decided to initially focus on Sparkling pet nat styles, like that of La Grange Tiphaine in the Loire (which is his inspiration). Recently he has started to work into still wine territory and his sauvignon blanc with semillon blend is absolutely delicious. Grown and made in the Yarra Valley. It's textual, has plenty of aromatic lift and punches well above it's weight. Limited quantities of this park wine, come and get it.
