This black ale, brewed in April 2019 with dark roasted malts, has been blended with a 3 year old, barrel aged cider. It was then matured a further 3 months in former red wine barrels. Lightly sparkling, this beverage is recommended served in a wine glass. Ideal service temperature is 8-10 degrees Celsius.
