Vigneto Luciano Saetti Rosato dell'Emilia il Cadetto 2023

Produced from the lambrusco salamino grape, which is unique because it has a darker, thicker skin than usual and a noticeably higher acidity. This wine is made in the traditional method and really benefits from that increased complexity. Like any lambrusco you have tried, this has plenty of lifted fruit aromatics and flavours in the dark and red berry spectrum, but it is the building, refreshing dryness and woody spice/herbal notes and savouriness that sets this wine apart from many others. Special stuff.
