So this is kind of spesh! Weren't drinking wine a decade ago? Didn't pull the trigger on that release in time? Think you missed out on some of the best biodynamic vintages out of Burgundy in the last 10 years? Well think again.
Our mate and French natural wine super importer, Charlie Simpson (Virtuous Vine) has offered up access to some insanely good bottles from a few of Burgundy's biodynamic stalwarts - think Jean-Marie Berrux, Domaine Dandelion and Domaine de Brialles. He's had these jewels tucked away for just the right time and apparently that time is NOW.
The really cool part (at least for us) is that these wines will all showcase just how well zero-zero (no added sulfur/preservatives) wines age. And! To make this already amazing class even more amazing, there is a little surprise in store for everyone that will show just how special these wines really are.
We'll have matching snacks from our super-star P&V chef Zac Goddard so you know it's going to be a heaps special evening. This is a super limited class that is not likely to be repeated. Sydney people, don't sleep, everyone else, get your flights booked!

* Charlie Simpson is the founder of Virtuous Vine, a small business importing Natural French Wines, all made by passionate ultra respectful farmers of healthy grapes. Charlie lived in France for 8 years, studied a Masters Degree in Wine there and had a generally great time helping out in as many vineyards as he could (and enjoying their spoils of course). Now back in Australia with a large tribe of French/Australians.
