Bright citrus and limey Motueka hop notes on the nose balance with structure and length from aged, oakier barrels.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe brew with regenerative organic grains at our old-world brewery in Marrickville where the beer undergoes a warm primary fermentation with our house culture from NSW flowers. We taste and select the most mature barrels from our cellar which would benefit from the youth and aroma of a younger fermentation, blend the two in equal parts, bottle this blend and allow the beer to naturally condition and carbonate for an additional 3 months minimum before release.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTasting notes - Really lovely citrus aromas backed up with dark spice and ripe fruit on the nose.
