Swan Hill, Victoria, plays host to chenin blanc that sees three weeks skin ferment. It is matured in amphora. A hit of residual sugar is also retained.

Gosh. This drinks with so much energy and charm. It’s quite soft and pretty with lemon barley water met by crystallised ginger, cumquat and mandarin juice. Perfume and palate in accord. Slippery texture with the faintest grip in the long, sweet spice-draped finish. A lick of wild honey in there? A touch. Just. It’s so pretty and pleasing, even and well-judged, and in it all, just darn delicious. - The Wine Front
