Rare as a bee's wing is Red Semillon, maybe it came from South Africa or maybe Madeira ...either way it's Semillon with pink grapes grown in the Adelaide Hills! The Y&K crew picked it late March - half went into a concrete egg for 5 days skin contact but the other half was sealed in another egg for 210 whole days.
2 eggs = good wine. I wonder if it's fresh fruits and a longing lick of acidity from egg 1, with egg 2 bringing you peaches & cream, marmalade sass and a bunch of flowers for good measure. I'm in to it.
