Our Grenache wine is made from grapes grown in the Landsborough Valley (Victorian Pyrenees) by Corey Hope for M. Chapoutier. The vineyard is NASAA Certified Organic and its soils are a complex mix of mudstone and shale generously dotted with chunky white quartz. The wine is fermented as 100% whole clusters and is pressed to French oak puncheons for 10 months elevage. - Andy Ainsworth, wine maker
