This Premier Cru is 50% pinot meunier, 40% pinot noir and 10% chardonnay. Creamy, dreamy, soft, bright bubbles, honey drizzled on crème caramel on key lime pie. Then again, it’s not sweet, it’s doughy, supple, toasty, full and yet refreshing, finishes nicely smoky and saline too. Charismatic style here and very complex.
