This is the new version of the Reserve NV. It’s 65% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier. 35% 2019 vintage, 40% 2018, the rest from reserve wines. Disgorge here is second term of 2021. Importer: Jim Barry Imports.
Complex and nutty but with fresh strawberry, citrus (orange and white chocolate) and subtle peach. Lots of tiny dancing bubbles, a saline character and ‘minerality’, dry with fresh strawberry and a yeasty dry finish of precision and excellent length. Terrific. - The Wine Front
