A fun-time pop-art labelled, beautifully made 100% semillon pet nat from the clay rich soils of Bergerac (near Bordeaux). Undisgorged, gorgeously haze and zero additions. Lemon lime sorbet, crisp green apple and fresh mown grass, acidity - and, coming in at a casual 11% ABV, it's perfect for brunch. You'll probably need to get two, though.
