Blend of four Clairins - Sajous, Vaval, Casimir and Le Rochers. Complex, heady sugar cane aromas and bouquets of flowers emerge; geranium and rose. It is fruity with fresh apricots and pears with licorice. Creamy, elegant and velvety mouthfeel with white peach, fresh figs, pears and apricots.
The finish is very long, concentrated and chewy, with a vegetal character of cut hay and dried flowers. The sugar cane is evident all the way through with slight citrus notes. - East Coast Liquor, Importer
