A new wine from a brand new producer, we were one of the first to buy and support Tristan Clark in his new endeavour and this screamed out of the pack for its vibrancy, crispness, true cabernet flavours and scents but in its vibrant, lighter frame. Think blueberry, torn basil leaf, a touch of tomato leaf too, some white pepper with the bouquet and palate reflecting these characters well. Fun drink, but with interest, and very good. Oops, your glass is empty ... and so is the bottle.
Should have gotten two !
