From the famed Stonegarden Riesling vineyard of Eden Valley and here fermented on its skins. A bold move with such a significant site, but amplification is a thing, right?
It’s a ripper orange wine, full in its chomp and chew, very brisk with its saline acidity, the volume turned up on lime juice and green apple with a distinct quince and ginger tea kind of thing going on. Squeaky and very bright, great persistence of flavour, vigorously fresh to finish. It’s a pretty darn good party wine now, but shows the mettle of something more serious with time too. - The Wine Front
