Sangiovese and merlot here, charming, rustic and easy drinking. As Trish puts it, her wines are “vini contadini” - peasant wines, made and drunk by the farmers who have worked and cultivated their own vineyards in the same conscientious and ecological way since the very beginning. A wine for the more experienced natty-head, this is bright and tart, dry, savoury and moreish.
