Red wine from Trish! Mostly aleatico, plus some miscellaneous local grapes thrown in for good measure. A swift, ten day maceration on skins before being pressed to vats where the wine hung out until the following spring. Bright cherry red, with brambly berry and herbaceousness out the wazoo. Serve chilled, alongside a moussaka or eggplant parm.
