Manly Spirits released their first whisky ever at the end of last year (2021 for those who have lost all concept of time), Costal Stone which will be 1 of 5 different whiskies released in their Element Series. The first expression is a Sherry Cask finish, working closely with Australian farmers and malting facilities this is truly a 'grain to glass' spirit. A bold full bodied yet sweet and aromatic spirit, we welcome this NSW whisky with open arms. Rich dark fruits, honeyed plum, stone friends and dark chocolate with hints of sea spray, the length is warming and long. A beautiful sipping whisky in a beautiful little bottle complete with a sandstone stopper.
