From an olive grove of about 1,000 plants, some of which are more than 60 years old.
On average the production is between 10 and 30 quintals of oil, a large part of which it is used for the needs of the community.
The oil obtained from these olives is very fragrant, deep green in color and particularly rich in polyphenols, which naturally counteract free radicals, and unsaturated fatty acids, which help eliminate cholesterol. In other words.....it's good for you.
