Attractive aromas showing off lemon-ginger tea, some faint eucalyptus notes, touches of vanilla cream, brioche, a touch of ozone and sea spray in there too. Crisp and light to taste, almost racy, saline minerality over cashew and green apple with touches of lime and pink grapefruit though some light creaminess just in there too.
