Sassafras continue to produce two of the most consistently good pet nat wines in Australia - a feat worth noting considering how unpredictable main fermentation can be... with this rose flavoured naturally sparkling, they've bloody nailed it again. Sagrantino & syrah grapes make for an off-dry fizz (erring on the side of sweetness !) - a textural delight. Such good value, it really puts the fist in the air for taking this style of wine seriously. Bravo!
