From somewhere close to Valencia, Tomas Torres has a lush part-vineyard-part-orchard-part-garden. The grapes here grown on limestone rich soils under the Spanish sun. The wines are ripe and rich but also, not lacking in freshness. The Al Tall is textural, with a fruity/savoury balance. Slight herbaceous-ness takes you through to salty red apples, yellow orchard fruits and fragrant white blossom.
