WE LOVA PASTA! This Saturday Night set has been created with love by Elizabeth Hewson. The sauce has been slow cooked in small batches, then hand bottled to ensure the highest quality pasta sauce. The pasta has been made using Australian durum wheat semolina from the “Golden Triangle” area of NSW, slowly extruded through bronze dies and gently air dried at low temperature for 48hrs, to preserve the nutritional benefits, the best taste and digestibility.
To complete this perfect night in at home a bottle of Joy, Joy Wine Dragonfly Grenache 2023 that is! A beautiful, refreshing, medium weight red wine with loads of perfume and the whole thing dusted with sweet spice despite the dry, herby finish.
