Dub Style is the adventurous creation of Inkwell’s Dudley and Dr Irina. Riffing on the Jamaican musical style of dubbing (creating a second version of a track with the vocal removed for remixing), the pair create ‘dub’ wines. The range gives them freedom to break their self-imposed rules, allowing them to explore beyond their own vineyard and experiment with winemaking techniques.
No. 19 features grenache, touriga, shiraz and mataro from 2019.
