This little pocket rocket vermouth is a collaboration project between Imperial Measures Distillery, Guthrie Wines and Sommelier Duncan Vent. Using single vintage and vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the Adelaide Hills the SV is a rich and ripe vermouth perfect for sipping or cocktail making.
