Situated in the town of Saijo a region renowned for Sake production. The Mannen is brewed through a unique technique where the ferment is kept to a low temperature and extended out to about a month. This allows the sake to develop body whilst retaining freshness.
Distinct and distinguished the palate is powerful with racy mineral character and supple sweet fruits, the finish is refreshingly dry.
Serve cold.
Handling: Once opened the Kirei 'Mannen' will last well for at least 5 - 6 weeks, ideally in a refrigerator.
