TroubleChild Wines’ is a natural wine project hoping to forge and foster opportunities that seek to expand beyond labels and limits. Our goal is to create conversations and connections between wine making and our communities, as two queer non-binary trans folk working within a heavily male, heteronormative, and binary industry.

For us, TroubleChild is not just about the wine, it’s a vehicle for wider reach. Wine offers us an opportunity to engage in larger conversations about humanity, vulnerability, collective resistance and radical acts of love. TroubleChild undermines dominant ideologies that attempt to reduce queer folk to a problem. For us, to trouble is to challenge.
