From one of the longer standing organic certified sites in McLaren Vale, a stone’s throw from the beach there too. A beautiful rendition of cabernet, cassis meets violet floral notes meets dried herbs and faint sea spray. Fresh in the palate with more of all that, some dark chocolate notes faintly there, a lick of mint too. Beautiful yet fun wine, a sense of Luncheon Claret to it all; a highly drinkable almost refreshing red wine.
