From Sicily, predominantly nerello mascalese but with a splash of old vine grenache which is why it can't be classified as Mt Etna. An abundance of texture, almost leaning into chilled red territory. Bright, jubey fruit coupled with savoury, slightly smoked charcuterie notes. This rose has it all!
