Kidoizumi Shuzo have been brewing sake since 1879 and are famous for their exclusive brewing methods that result in unique, full bodies, complex sake. The AFS is produced with a unique 'one stage' fermentation (Ichidan Shikomi) as well as utilising the Kijoshu method of stopping the ferment early. A layered and complex sake.
Serve chilled.
HANDLING: Once opened the Kidoizumi 'AFS' will last well for at least 6 - 8 weeks, ideally in a refrigerator.
