Hellyers Road are Australia's oldest operating whisky producer and very proudly do everything in-house, from scratch. They've been mashing, fermenting and distilling Single Malt at their distillery in North-West Lutriwata (Tasmania) since 1999.
Delicate, refined and complex, The Journeyman is a blend of Single Malt that's spent twelve years in American oak, with a splash that's spent five years soaking up the goodness of ex-Port casks. Super-silky, with lifted floral notes of orange blossom and dried herbs, layers of toffee, orange preserve, sweet spices, and a velvet-smooth finish. Gorgeous stuff!
