A new wine from JB. Old vine semillon nurtured organically by Fiona Wood in her own vineyard in McLaren Flat. The vines grow just below a fauna & flora reserve on a gentle slope facing straight south on deep sand over clay soil. The semillon is blended with organically farmed sauvignon blanc from Magpie Springs.
Super charged citrus and tropical notes all balanced by a saline backbone. New skool take on an old skool blend.
