A wonderfully complex Salasso Rosato. Sangiovese spends eight hours in tank on skins, before a portion is bled off and fermented in concrete tank to make the base of this Rose. Following ferment, the wine spends 12 month in old oak, and is then re-fermented on Trebbiano and Malvasia skins from the next year's vintage for additional texture. Awesome stuff.
