Misticanza means 'mixed salad', and this wine is kind of a grape salad - a tutti frutti blend of trebbiano, malvasia toscana and ansonica from old vines in Belvedere. Only four days on skins but the wine is a rich amber, tannic and aromatic with vibrant citrus, mineral and a herbal crush. Completely untamed deliciousness.
