The Blan 5.7 is a blend of two grapes, parellada and macabeu which hang out together on skins for 5 days before being racked to Amphora. A clean and lively wine, with loads of lemony freshness, bright crisp green apple, peach blossom and a smooch of ginger and cumin. Perfect for hot sticky nights in the backyard.
