Shiraz may induce images of a darker red but this is in the rosé spectrum and fully refreshing and bright. A textural pet nat of vigorous fizz, bright, red cherry fruit spectrum scents and flavours, light spice, a dash of blood orange and general saline mineral character. It’s undisgorged so there is some haziness to the colour and a haze to texture too, but hey, fun, great, interesting in that regard. A vigorous pet nat of wild refreshment factor.
