The famed COS winery of Sicily does vermouth? Hell yeah! This is outstanding stuff, built from the ground up with natural wine produced from nero d'Avola and frappato, seasoned with local herbs and botanicals. These are world-beaters for complexity and deliciousness but drinkability is super high too - we do this one on ice cubes without garnish. Expect bright, cherry-cranberry fruit flavours, alpine herbs, white pepper and a cool almost mintiness in this one. Thirst quenching vermouth ahoy!
